Smiles all around
Weather is overcast which is a plus, glad the rain stopped and is holding off
Lizzy and Kristi took kids to lake to burn off some energy
Just made 3rd pot of coffee for the day
Planning to see them between 3:30-4:30p or so at mid point of run
Coach John just hopped on bike to go find them on run course and check up on them - he is amazing!
